Service Terms

Our services include GST registration, trademark registration, filer registration, company filings, and tax return services in accordance with Pakistani law.

Your Obligations

You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your documents and credentials.

Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Government fees and challans are additional to our service charges.

Service Limitations

Service timelines depend on government processing times. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes but endeavor to provide professional representation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mahsool Markaz services, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
  • You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You acknowledge that services are subject to government approval processes

2. Services Provided

Mahsool Markaz offers the following professional services:

GST/Sales Tax Registration with FBR
Trademark Registration with IPO
Filer Registration & Tax Returns
Company Filings with SECP
GST Return Filing (Monthly)
Business Consultancy Services

All services are performed in accordance with FBR, SECP, and IPO-Pakistan requirements. We act as facilitators and consultants but final approval rests with relevant government authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: All documents, data, and information must be truthful, complete, and accurate
  • Timely Submission: Submit required documents within agreed timeframes to avoid delays
  • Respond Promptly: Respond to our queries and government department requests in a timely manner
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure your business activities comply with all applicable laws
  • Document Security: Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and sensitive documents

Important: Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection, legal penalties, and termination of services without refund.

4. Payment Terms & Fees

Service Fees: All service fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to the pricing displayed on our website at the time of engagement.

Payment Structure:

  • Service fees cover our professional consultation and processing services
  • Government fees, challans, and stamp duties are additional and non-refundable
  • Payment must be made as per agreed schedule (advance/milestone-based)
  • Bank transfer charges, if any, are the responsibility of the client

Refund Policy: Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If government authorities reject an application due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, no refund will be issued. Government fees and challans are never refundable.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. However, agreed fees for ongoing services will remain fixed unless additional work is requested.

5. Service Delivery & Timelines

Service delivery timelines are estimates based on typical government processing times. Actual timelines may vary depending on:

  • Regional Tax Office (RTO) or government department workload
  • Completeness and accuracy of documents provided
  • Government portal downtime or system issues
  • Public holidays, weekends, and seasonal workload
  • Additional queries or objections raised by authorities

While we strive to expedite processes through our Fast & Efficient team, we cannot guarantee specific timelines as final decisions rest with government authorities.

Our Commitment: We will keep you informed of progress and proactively address any issues that arise during processing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Mahsool Markaz website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mahsool Markaz or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.

Trademark Services: When we assist with trademark registration, you retain ownership of your trademark. We claim no rights to your intellectual property. However, case documentation and filing records remain our proprietary work product.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we exercise professional care and diligence:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or approvals from government authorities
  • We cannot control government processing times or decisions
  • We are not responsible for changes in government laws, regulations, or fee structures
  • Website information is updated regularly but may not reflect the latest regulatory changes

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information obtained from third-party sources, including government portals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahsool Markaz shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Government rejection or delays in processing applications
  • Penalties imposed by authorities due to late filing or non-compliance
  • Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

Note: This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and documents. Information will only be shared with:

  • Relevant government authorities as required for service delivery
  • Our internal team members directly involved in your case
  • Third parties with your explicit written consent
  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when legally required

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our services and continues indefinitely unless disclosure is legally mandated.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or disagreement:

Step 1: Direct Communication

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If unresolved, submit a written complaint detailing your concerns. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.

Step 3: Mediation

If still unresolved, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Termination of Services

By Client: You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable and are non-refundable.

By Mahsool Markaz: We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • You fail to make timely payments as agreed
  • You fail to provide required documents or information after repeated requests
  • Your actions violate these Terms or applicable laws
  • Continued engagement poses legal or reputational risk

Upon termination, we will provide all documents in our possession related to your case. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to registered clients
  • Prominent notice on our website homepage
  • Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this page

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes, discontinue use and notify us in writing.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mahsool Markaz regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
